We've sourced the best medical grade silicone to make our very own brand of silicone tape! Introducing Siloxaderm, made from 100% silicone it is friendly to sensitive and fragile skin. It has great adhesion yet it is easy and gentle to remove. Easy to cut to your desired length.
1 roll - 2cm x 3m
Indications: securing drains, tubes, electrodes and cannulas and for the general protection of skin. Use right after a wound or scar has healed to reduce scar visibility.
Do not use if allergic to silicone rubber
Do not use on open wounds.
For best results, use continuously for 12 weeks, or until scar stops responding.
How To Use Siloxaderm Silicone Tape
Gently clean the scar area and dry completely. Do not use any oils or serums. Siloxaderm should be applied directly onto the skin. Excess body hair may decrease tape adhesiveness.
Cut desired tape length and peel off backing. The backing can be kept to place tape on while showering.
Place tape over the scar, sticky side down. Ensure scar is completely covered. If your skin begins to react to the tape, e.g itch, redness, irritation, remove and discontinue use.
The same tape can be washed with warm soapy water until it loses adhesiveness. We suggest to cut a fresh piece of tape when the current piece begins to curl up and lose adhesiveness.

Silicone Tape
Cleans well and stays sticky for about a week before it needs replacing. Nice to have a barrier after surgical dressing are removed.

It works!
I’m 9 weeks post gallbladder surgery, but this is the second time I’ve ordered from here. I had great success with minimal scarring and no raised areas with my previous c section and now my gallbladder surgery. It helps protect the area snd I’m very happy with the results.

Siloxiderm
Have only been using for 3 weeks. Very happy with it compared to the other much more expensive brands. Stays on in the shower easy to remove and the skin tone is great.Hopefully my extensive scaring will start to improve.

Siloxadem tape - excellent for scars
This is my second box. I still have plenty left in the previous box but recently had surgery for basal cell carcinoma and it has helped significantly with flattening and healing the scar.

Siloxaderm silicone tape
I found the item very easy to use and cut into sizable strips. I am using the tape for scars under my arms after a brachioplasty proceedure. The tape stays on for a fews days even after showering. I found it was much easier to remove after a shower when it was wet, this seemed to minimise the discomfort of removal. I cannot provide an honest review on how it is helping with the scarring yet, as have only been using for a just over a week.

Feels amazing!!
The silicone tape is so soft and feels amazing on the skin. I started using a couple of weeks after my Cesarean and felt that it kept my scar so hydrated and protected against my clothing. The tape provides optimal healing environment and I notice when I forget to reapply, my scar becomes itchy and irritated. Reordering !!
