10AM AEST is our cut-off time for same day processing when selecting the Standard Freight or Express Shipping option. If you place an order before this time it will be dispatched to our delivery partner the same working business day. If your order is placed after 10am (Sydney time), it will be processed and dispatched the next working business day.
Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.

All orders will be sent out with automatic Authority to Leave (ATL). If you are not available to sign for your order, if the Aus Post delivery driver deems it safe, your package will be left at your nominated address and a photo will be taken by the driver. It is up to the discretion of Australia Post's drivers whether they leave the package unattended or take it to the nearest Aus Post LPO.
If you are not available to sign for your order* (to limit contact, drivers will sign on your behalf ONLY WHILE YOU ARE PRESENT) and Australia Post leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office and the parcel is not collected, Australia Post will return the parcel to us. If this occurs we can arrange to re-ship the parcel to you at a freight charge of $15.00. Alternately, if you no longer require the goods, we can process a refund less a $15.00 return to sender fee. (Australia Post are asking customers if they are showing symptoms not to visit our Post Offices, and for all other customers to keep a distance of at least one metre from people)
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss, late delivery or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or, by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
